THE POSTION
We are seeking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Freelance Contact Center Agents becoming part of our CALA team. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and/or mails or chats, using company policies to solve customer issues.
Our Contact Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ services issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

You have advance English communication and written skills (mandatory).
You are a People's person and you are committed to service results.
You have Call Center experience with tickets, CRM or ERP software (desirable).
You can show your skills from your computer and working from your home.
You have freelance experience (desirable).
