Our Customer Engagement Specialists are tasked with supporting the team by engaging in all aspects of our business to drive sales and promote the latest technology directly to consumers. We believe the best way to motivate is to work alongside the team, showing them how it's done! As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will work hands-on with customers using innovative, resourceful, and specialized sales strategies to build genuine relationships and generate revenue. We seek an individual well versed in the customer experience to solidify our clients' standing as the number one telecommunications provider in the industry!

Our Customer Engagement Specialist Duties:

  • Represent our clients in a professional manner by directly engaging in one-on-one conversations with potential customers
  • Ensure all sales plans and contractual commitments are achieved during the sales process
  • Train and collaborate with other Customer Engagement Specialists maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of all client products and services
  • Assist the sales team in generating quotes, proposals, contracts, and customer sale documentation
  • Learn our training techniques by engaging in all leadership development courses
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of client and sales team information, manage sales material, schedule meetings and track sales activities for the sales team
  • Apply customer feedback to improve existing standard operating procedures in relation to customer engagement

Customer Engagement Specialist Requirements:

  • Experience working in Account Management, Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, or related industries
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment with limited direction from supervisors
  • Enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Confident in communication abilities to accurately convey information to customers
  • Thrives in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration
  • Ability to commute and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
