THE POSTION
We are seeking for energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Onsite Customer Service Representative in French and Creole. The successful candidates will be responsible for responding inbound customer calls, mails and livechats, using company policies to solve customer issues.

Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ enquieries and issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education may be preferred.
  • Native Creole (Haiti) and French and also advanced English communication and written skills (mandatory).
  • 1 year Call Center experience with calls, tickets, CRM or ERP softwares usage (desirable).
  • Work permit.
  • You are a People's person and you are committed to service results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with a positive attitude.
